About Us
The New Brockton Housing Authority is located in the small, rural town of New Brockton, Alabama. New Brockton is located in Coffee County and is only about a 10-minute drive from the City of Enterprise. We own and operate 40 pubic housing apartments - 22 units located on King Street, which are known as Brock Apartments and 18 units off Caldwell Street which are known as Youngblood Apartments.

When an appropriate sized unit becomes available, it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. Each year, we make improvements to our units as funding becomes available from HUD through our Capital Fund Program. In 2019, we completed replacement of kitchen cabinets in all of our units. In 2020, we began upgrading HVAC units throughout our portfolio. This work will be completed in 2021. The new units should provide increased energy efficiency and reduced power bills for our tenants. |
